How We Report

Accountability & Transparency

We believe accountability to the community is not optional — it is the foundation of trust.

Every shilling donated or granted is tracked through our financial management system. We commission independent annual financial audits and publish the results openly. Our Monitoring & Evaluation Officer tracks programme outcomes using community-verified data collected quarterly.

We hold quarterly community accountability forums where beneficiaries, volunteers and community members can ask questions, raise concerns and shape future programme direction.

Annual Independent Audit

External auditors verify all financial records every year.

Quarterly M&E Reports

Rigorous data collection and honest reporting each quarter.

Community Forums

Beneficiaries hold us accountable in open quarterly meetings.
